Booking

You can book your ticket on our website, at www.748airservicesltd.com or by calling our sales team on +254 713 748 524 where your booking will be done at no extra cost.

We have sales and ticketing offices at Nairobi (JKIA, Terminal 2 & Laico Regency Shopping Arcade),
Mombasa, Kisumu and Ukunda Airports.

Kindly contact your agent for any modifications of your booking.

Payment

Our payment options are debit and credit cards as well as mobile money- MPESA.

Once you complete the booking process, you will receive a link on your email to make the payment,
once you click on this link you have 30mins to make your payment before it expires. In case your link
expires before you have made the payment, kindly contact us on +254 713 748 524 to send you a new
link.

Your ticket can be used as your proof of payment as it is generated after payment.

Baggage

The hand/cabin baggage limit is 6kgs.
What is my allowance for checked baggage?

The weight limit for checked baggage is 15kgs

If your hand baggage goes over the allowance, you may have to put your larger bag in the hold as check
baggage.
When you have used your free checked baggage allowance, you’ll have to pay for every extra kg at a fee
of $4 per kg.

Cancelling and Rescheduling tickets

To cancel a booking, kindly give us a call on +254 713 748 524. A fee of Ksh.2500 per person applies
when you cancel your flight. The rest of the money paid for the ticket is kept as credit under the same
booking reference and can be used at a later date. This credit is valid for six months as at the date of
cancellation and the passenger may then top-up the fare difference.

In order to change a booking, kindly contact us on +254 713 748 524. A fee of Ksh. 2500 per person
applies when you change your flight. You must then top-up the fare difference, if any, in order to change
your booking to a later date, this is only valid for 6 months after the date of change.

Our tickets are non-refundable.

A no-show is when a ticketed passenger does not show up for their flight or cancel beforehand. You will
not be charged a fee, but will lose the value of the ticket. It is therefore better if you cancel, you will
receive a partial credit for the fare purchased, to be applied to a future flight.

We offer flexibility on your ticket by allowing you to leave your ticket open. Your ticket will then be reissued free of charge for the same booking on available future flights.

Pregnant Women

We do not recommend flying for women who are over 36 weeks pregnant and flying during the first
week following delivery, for mother and baby.

A valid written flight authorization done by a doctor is required.All pregnant women beyond 28 weeks of gestation must provide a letter from their Gynecologist/GP
indicating their pregnancy term in weeks, whether the pregnancy is high risk or any other relevant
information.

Unaccompanied minors under 5 years if age will not be accepted for transportation.
Children between the ages of 5 and 11 years not accompanied by a passenger of 12 years or over maybe
accepted for transportation.

The child is brought to the airport of departure by a parent or guardian who will remain with the child
until the flight departure time.
The ground staff accept the child from the parent or guardian.
The cabin crew accept the child from ground staff.
Upon arrival to the destination, the ground staff accept the child from cabin crew.
The guardian or parent then accepts the child from ground staff. 

Infants

We are able to carry new born children born at normal term (40 weeks) with no medical complications
once they are more than 1 week old.

We do not charge for infants, (infants are considered to be 2yrs and below). An extension seat belt
which is attached to the standard seat belt shall be used as the infant will be held on the lap of the
accompanying passenger.

No. We do not provide for baby cots.

Yes. This will be the same price as an adult seat.

Disabilities

Passengers who have limited mobility should inform us of this during their booking or once the booking
has been made.

Our current online booking engine does not presently allow booking of wheelchairs. We therefore,
request you to make a reservation in advance by calling us on +254 713 748 524 or +254 728 748 025.
Wheelchair passengers may not sit in a designated exit row. Passengers must be seated in a cabin seat.
You are allowed to take your own wheelchair along with you, which will be stowed in the baggage
compartment. Passengers with an attendant should occupy an adjacent seat.

We do not charge for infants, (infants are considered to be 2yrs and below). An extension seat belt

encrypted and sent using the latest technologies. We also have strict agreements regarding the
protection of your details with our partners who carry out your preferences on our behalf.
