Booking

You can book your ticket on our website, at www.fly748.com or by calling our sales team on 0111 047 800 or +254 700 748 748 where your booking will be done at no extra cost.

If you would like to correct the name made on your booking, kindly contact us on 0111 047 800 or +254 700 748 748, this will be done at a fee of KES 2,825.

We have sales and ticketing offices in:

Mombasa-Moi International Airport.

Payment

Our payment options are debit and credit cards as well as mobile money- MPESA.

Once you complete the booking process, a link will be sent to your email for you to make the payment. Once you click on this link you have a time limit to make your payment before it expires. In case your link expires before you have made the payment, kindly contact us on 0111 047 800 or +254 700 748 748 to send you a new link.

Your ticket can be used as your proof of payment as it is generated after payment. This can be shown on your phone and must not be printed out.

Baggage

The hand baggage limit is 5kgs and checked baggage allowance is 10kgs. This yields to a total 15kgs.

The weight limit for checked baggage is 15kgs.

When you have exceeded your free checked baggage allowance, a payment of KES 250 will be charged for every extra kg.

Cancelling and Rescheduling tickets

A fee of KES 2,825 per person applies when you cancel your flight.

This is only valid for 6 months after the initial date of booking.

Our tickets are non-refundable.

A no-show is when a ticketed passenger does not show up for their flight or cancel beforehand. You will not be charged a fee, but will lose the value of the ticket.

Pregnant Women

We do not recommend flying for women who are over 36 weeks pregnant and flying during the first
week following delivery, for mother and baby.

A valid written flight authorization done by a doctor is required.

All pregnant women beyond 28 weeks of gestation must provide a letter from their Gynecologist/GP indicating their pregnancy term in weeks, whether the pregnancy is high risk or any other relevant information.

Unaccompanied minors under 5 years of age will not be accepted for transportation.

Children between the ages of 5 and 11 years not accompanied by a passenger of 12 years or over may be accepted for transportation.

The child is brought to the airport of departure by a parent or guardian who will remain with the child until the flight departure time.

The ground staff accept the child from the parent or guardian.

The cabin crew accept the child from ground staff.

Upon arrival to the destination, the ground staff accept the child from cabin crew.

The guardian or parent then accepts the child from ground staff.

Infants

We are able to carry newborn children born at normal term (40 weeks) with no medical complications once they are more than 1 week old.

We do not charge for infants, (infants are considered to be 2yrs and below). An extension seat belt which is attached to the standard seat belt shall be used as the infant will be held on the lap of the accompanying passenger. The infant is entitled to a baby stroller or car seat as their baggage allowance- only.

No. We do not provide baby cots.

Yes. This will be the same price as an adult seat.

Disabilities

Passengers who have limited mobility should inform us of this during their booking or once the booking has been made.

Our current online booking engine does not presently allow the booking of wheelchairs. We, therefore, request you to make a reservation in advance by calling us on 0111 047 800 or +254 700 748 748. Wheelchair passengers may not sit in a designated exit row. Passengers must be seated in a cabin seat. You are allowed to take your wheelchair along with you, which will be stowed in the baggage compartment. Passengers with an attendant should occupy an adjacent seat.
